Covering an area of 8,800 square meters with a total investment of RMB 22.8 million, the company has an annual production capacity of over 3 million units, including new energy vehicle air conditioning receiver driers, drier shells, mufflers, automotive air conditioning pipes, desiccants, and various related accessories.
Committed to energy conservation and environmental protection, the company prioritizes clean production processes. Its core raw material — high-quality aluminum rods — has an annual consumption of 1,600 tons. The plant is equipped with lean production equipment such as automatic blanking machines, servo hydraulic presses, deburring machines, cleaning lines, and automatic CNC lathes.
